These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bck44 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). Accessing the bck44.cam website, opening an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.2 Applicable Law

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the bck44 platform. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy at Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account. Providing false information may result in account closure. What is required for registration:

• Correct full name (as per national identity card)
• Active email address
• Valid payment method details (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Password and Login Details

3.2 Authorized Use

Your account is for your personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of third parties or using their funds is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Technical Issues

bck44 is not liable for interruptions to gameplay caused by server problems, disconnections, or other technical faults, but every effort will be made to assist in such situations.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted methods for depositing funds into bck44 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• All deposit transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposited funds are only accepted from the member's own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable as real money after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be kept under review in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bck44 strictly follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the relevant account will be placed under immediate review.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus applies once only and is exclusively for new account holders.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• bck44 management will announce the terms of special promotions separately.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• bck44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of a breach of promotion terms.

5.4 VIP Program

bck44's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Progress through VIP tiers depends on the member's overall gaming activity.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bck44 ensures that all games are conducted in a completely fair and transparent manner. Verified games from world-class game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) are used on our platform.

6.2 Validity of Game Results

All game results are determined using third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical fault affects a game result, the relevant round may be considered void.

6.4 Game Interruption

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

8.2 Account Closure by bck44

bck44 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• A single person found to have multiple accounts.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or legal requirements.

8.3 Account Suspension Process

Before suspending an account, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide an explanation, unless the suspension is due to an urgent security-related reason.

9.1 Self-Exclusion Feature
